Plain answers for verification results, list connectors, campaigns, and sender health.
Both. VriddhiPilot is your growth co-pilot — verification, reputation-aware campaigns, and AI assist — plus human expertise when delivery gets hard. We are building more AI co-pilot services on the same foundation.
Verified means the mailbox accepted a delivery check and is safe to send. Partial verify means the domain answered but we could not fully confirm this mailbox (catch-all, security gateway, timeout, or greylist). Invalid means do not send — bad syntax, missing mailbox, disposable, or do-not-mail.
Common causes: catch-all domains that accept any local-part, security gateways (Proofpoint, Mimecast, IronPort) that accept RCPT without proving the mailbox, temporary greylisting, or SMTP timeouts. The result screen lists the specific reasons for that address.
Treat them carefully. Prefer Verified for cold outreach. For warm CRM lists you may include Partial verify after risk review. Never mail Invalid or do-not-mail addresses.
Depending on what your VriddhiPilot admin enabled: Amazon S3, Google Drive, OneDrive/SharePoint, HTTPS CSV URL, Mailchimp, HubSpot, SFTP, and SQL databases. Disabled types will not appear when you add a connection.
Under Settings you choose VriddhiPilot sender servers or your own. Campaigns then only show matching capacity — VriddhiPilot fleet IPs, or the server you deployed/connected.
When you use VriddhiPilot senders, bounce rate above your Settings threshold (default 3%) can pause the campaign automatically so reputation is protected.
Yes by default. Start runs hygiene (suppressions) then verifies unknown recipients with the same verify engine before mail is queued. You can adjust this under Settings.
Free tools use the same mailbox checks one-at-a-time with rate limits. Workspace verify adds bulk lists, connectors, reuse cache, billing, and exports.
Organization admins manage Settings, Team invites, and billing. Members can run campaigns and verify within what the admin enabled.
